Erika Sema

Erika Sema (Japanese瀬 间 咏 里 花, Erika Sema; * November 24, 1988 in the prefecture of Tokyo ) is a Japanese tennis player. Her sister Yurika Sema is also a professional tennis player.

Career

Sema, which began with the sport of tennis at the age of seven years, mostly playing ITF tournaments. She reached there 15 finals in singles, of which she won nine; in a double it was in 33 finals, winning 20 titles.

Twelve times she stood in the qualification of a Grand Slam tournament, the main draw she could not reach. Their biggest success on the WTA tour was to reach the second round at the Bank of the West Classic in 2012.
