The river Ertil (Russian Эртиль, also Great Ertil, Bolshaya Ertil ) is a 92 km long tributary of the Don in the European part of Russia. Its catchment area is 931 km ².
It flows through the two oblasts Tambov and Voronezh. The Ertil empties into the Bitjug.
