Erwann Binet

Erwann Binet ( born July 30, 1972 in Brest ) is a French politician. He is the Member of National Assembly since 2012.

Binet studied law and worked after graduation in Vienne. In 1997 he was Parliamentary Assistant to Louis Mermaz, the longtime mayor of the city of Vienne. From 2002 he worked as Deputy Chief of the magazine La lettre du Cadre territorial. This was followed from 2004 to a post in the administration of the municipality Mions in Greater Lyon. In 2008, he became the first secretary of the Socialist Party in the department of Isère. In the parliamentary elections in 2012, he took up for this in the eighth constituency of the department and was elected to the National Assembly.
