Genesis

At the proposal of the Belgian Government in June 2002 and with the approval of the European Council in March 2004, the block A of the adjacent to the Justus Lipsius building Résidence Palace, which is partly a historical monument, built new for the European Council. Planned use

The project has three conference halls with interpretation booths, five meeting rooms, offices for the President of the European Council, the Presidencies, the delegations of the Member States of the European Union as well as offices for the press.

Characteristics

Progress
