European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth
The Commissioner for Education and Culture is a member of the European Commission.
The Office of the Commissioner for Education, Training and Culture exists with different responsibilities since 1985, with interruption from 1995 to 1999. He is under the Directorate-General for Education and Culture, which consists of five directorates, each with up to six units and a Task Force.
