European Commissioner for Industry and Entrepreneurship
The Commissioner for Enterprise and Industry is a member of the European Commission. The industry department has existed since assumption of office of the Commission Rey in 1967, with the precise scope to changed partially. Since the Prodi Commission in 1999 called for Enterprise and Industry.
Incumbent in the Barroso II Commission since 2010 is Antonio Tajani.
