The European Route 46 ( shortcut: E 46) is a European route, extending in an easterly direction through West France and Belgium. It runs from Cherbourg to Liege.

Course

Cherbourg- Octeville - Caen - Rouen - Reims - Charleville- Mézières - Liège In Normandy the European route follows from Cherbourg to Caen the course of N 13 from there is the European route a motorway ( A13). From the Rouen route through the Picardy is identical to the RN 31 from Reims the path continues on the A34 or A203 direction Belgian border. From the Sedan line is again a national road (N43 or N58 ). In Belgium, the path continues on the N89 to Champlon. Until Marche- en- Famennian the route is then equal to the N4. From that it follows the N63 to Liege.
