The European Route 88 (abbreviated: E 88 ) crosses Turkey from Ankara to the east by the Anatolian part of Turkey to the north of Refahiye. As the motorway European route is not removed and added in 2005 on the proposal of Turkey as an extension to the grid.

Course

The European route 88 leads starting from Ankara, where it leaves from European Routes 89 and 90 on the D 200 by Kırıkkale and then to Yozgat. The nearest station is Sivas, where ultimately the road unites north of Refahiye with the D 100. There, the E88 meets the E80.

The European Route 88 crosses the Turkish provinces of Ankara, Kırıkkale, Yozgat, Sivas and Erzincan.
