Eva Birnerová
Eva Birnerova ( born August 14, 1984 in Duchcov, then Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech female tennis player.
Career
Birnerova began at the age of four years under the guidance of her father, who was also a professional tennis player, playing tennis. In 1998, she went in ITF tournaments at the start, in 2002 she gave her debut on the WTA Tour. She loves to play on grass.
Her first WTA title won Birnerova on 13 August 2006 in Stockholm, as they pairing Zi Yan / Jie Zheng defeated at the side of Jarmila Gajdošová in three sets. The second tournament win came in July 2011 when she was able to defeat the final in Bad Gastein Jarmila Gajdošová and Julia Goerges in a tight three- set match with Lucie Hradecká. The third title succeeded in February 2012 in Bogotá on the side of Alexandra Panova. On 21 May 2012, it reached its best ever position in the WTA world rankings in double space with 52.
In individual, she moved in 2011 at the WTA tournament in Tashkent to the final one, they lost there against Xenija Pervak with 3:6 and 1:6. At the Australian Open and the French Open, where she reached the second round in 2005, respectively, she divorced in 2012 in the first round; at the Wimbledon Championships and the U.S. Open, she had already failed in qualifying.
