Fabasoft Folio

Fabasoft Folio is a software for content and document management, which was developed by the company Fabasoft headquartered in Linz. The product allows capturing, managing and archiving of documents as well as the automation of business processes.

Features

Folio is a software product to capture, manage and audit-proof storage of business cases, files and documents, the solutions for enterprise content management, internal collaboration ( Workflow Management ), Agile business processes, compliance management and information governance offering.

Fabasoft Folio is web-based, the use is directly over the Internet via the web browser.

Folio is available as on-premise software or operating model, SaaS ( Software as a Service ) is available. For cooperation with external business partners Folio can be used in the cloud version of Folio Cloud.

Security

Folio is the world's first and only software product certified to MoReq2, the European standard for records management. The manufacturer Fabasoft is certified according to ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001 and tested in accordance with SAS 70 Type II ( ISAE 3402 ).
