Fairlop tube station

Fairlop is an aboveground station London Underground in the London Borough of Redbridge. It is located in the Travelcard Zone 4 at the Forest Road. In the year 2011 there were 0.92 million passengers these from the Central Line station.

History

On May 1, 1903, the Great Eastern Railway opened a railway suburb of Ilford to Woodford via Hainault, called the Fairlop Loop. 1923 went the distance in the possession of the London and North Eastern Railway on ( LNER ). As part of the " New Works " program of the London Passenger Transport Board from 1935 should be the largest part of the route is transferred to the Central Line to relieve the subsequent main railway line towards Liverpool Street.
