Fan club

A fan club is an informal or formal association of friends or fans of " someone " or "something". Depending on the topic Fan clubs have different tasks. He is, however, usually always consists of several paying members and a board of directors. It may be a membership organization, but does not.

TV series

The TV series and feature films Star Trek ( Star Trek ) have caused many supporters' clubs worldwide since the 1960s. Fans of the series call themselves Trekkies and meet like- minded people and their idols often at conventions, as FedCon. These structures are also found in fans of other TV series such as Stargate.
