The collective society was transformed into the " Aktiengesellschaft brewery to Feldschlosschen » 1890. From its foundation until 1930 Feldschlosschen took a total of 27 breweries in Switzerland.

After decades of stagnation in 1970 with the takeover of the brewer to belts (1996 Closed ) again launched an expansion phase. A 50 % stake in the Unifontes AG, a merger of the mineral springs Eglisau, Elm and Rheinfelden, 1973 marked the entry Feldschlösschens in the business with non- alcoholic beverages. 1984, the majority of shares was purchased at Unifontes, followed in 1985 by the acquisition of a mineral spring Arkina in Yverdon- les- Bains ( closed in 2008 ). Other key points in the company's history include the acquisitions of high village brewery in 1988, the Basel brewery Warteck 1989 ( closed in 1991 ) and finally the Freiburg Cardinal Holding in 1991, the parent company of the Cardinal brewery.

This process of concentration in the beer market, coupled with the disappearance of locally rooted breweries, led to the creation of new small breweries. In 1998, with the acquisition of a mineral spring Rhazuns the Passugger group is part of the FHH. From the mineral springs, the farms in Eglisau, Elm and Passugg were sold, the Unifontes - essentially mineral source Rheinfelden and the Unifontes - filling licenses ( PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes ) - was founded in 1998 fully integrated into the Feldschlosschen group.

The companies under the umbrella of FHH were in 2000 in a real estate company (mostly influenced by the Hürlimann real estate holding company ) and the beverage company Feldschlösschen AG split, which was acquired by the Danish Carlsberg A / S. FHH, which only covered the real estate sector, has been renamed over time in REG Real Estate Group, and finally with the PSP Swiss Property in May 2004 - merged to form the largest Swiss real estate company - the same name as PSP.
