Félicien Cattier

Félicien Cattier ( born March 4, 1869 in Cuesmes at Mons, † February 4, 1946 in Funchal, Madeira) was a Belgian lawyer.

He worked from 1906 as Professor of Public Law, particularly colonial law at the University of Brussels and from 1909 to 1911 as Dean of the Law School. In addition, he served as Vice- Governor of the Société Générale de Belgique and from 1932 to 1939 as president and in 1944 as President of the Union Board you minière skin Katanga, a state-owned mining company in the former Belgian colony of Congo.
