Fernando Gomes (footballer)

Fernando Mendes Soares Gomes ( born November 22, 1956 in Porto ) is a former Portuguese football player.

Career

Clubs

With FC Porto, where he played as a striker and long-time team captain was, he became the late 1970s (1977 /78 1978/79 ) and in the 1980s ( 1984/85, 1985/86, 1987/88 ) five times a Portuguese football Masters and three times (1976 /77 1983/84 1987 /88) Cup Winners' Cup.
