Ferrocentral

Ferrocentral is an Argentine railway company, which operates passenger routes in the center and north of the country. It is a consortium of companies Ferrovías, which operates suburban trains in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires, and Nuevo Central Argentino, which operates freight lines.

Stretch

The following routes are operated by Ferrocentral:

• Buenos Aires - Rosario - Córdoba (14 hours twice a week )
• Buenos Aires - Rosario - San Miguel de Tucumán (24 hours, twice a week )
• Cordoba - Villa María (3 hours, three times a week )
• Córdoba - Cosquín, (Tren de las Sierras, 2 hours, twice a day, distance extension up to Cruz del Eje in construction)

In addition, the company operates the light rail Ferrourbano in Córdoba.
