Criticism

"Despite the star-studded Anatole Litvak's convinced thriller only partially, because it only works on an emotional level. If you switch the logic one, then you are lost here fast. Convincing though are the performances of the two main characters: Anthony Perkins, who became two years earlier with "Psycho" star overnight, plays the diabolical husband, Sophia Loren is the tortured wife ".
