Flinders Ranges Council

The Flinders Ranges are located in the Northern region on the edge of the outback about 290 km north of the city of Adelaide. The area includes 21 districts and towns: Adams, Arkaba, Barndioota, Boolcunda, Boollunda, Cradock, Cudla Muðla, Hawker, Kanyaka, Moockra, Palmer, Pichi Richi, Quorn, Warcowie, Willochra, Confused Anda, Wonoka, Woolundunga, Wyacca, Yarrah and Yednalue. The administrative headquarters of the council is located in Quorn.

Management

The Council of the Flinders Ranges has nine members, eight councilor and the chairman and Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council are elected by the residents of the LGA. Flinders Ranges is not divided into districts.
