Francesco Marchisano

Francesco Cardinal Marchisano ( born June 25, 1929 in Racconigi, Cuneo province, Italy) is a retired cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church.

Life

Marchisano received on 29 June 1952 in Turin by Cardinal Maurilio Fossati the sacrament of Holy Orders. On July 13, 1963 he was awarded by Pope Paul VI. the honorary title Surplus secret chamberlain of His Holiness ( Monsignor ).
