Francis Joseph Tief

Francis Joseph Low ( born March 7, 1881 in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, † September 22, 1965 ) was an American clergyman and bishop of Concordia.

Life

Francis Joseph depth received on 11 June 1908, the sacrament of Holy Orders for the Diocese of Hartford.

On December 16, 1920 Pope Benedict XV appointed him. Bishop of Concordia. The bishop of the diocese of Kansas City -Saint Joseph, Thomas Francis Lillis, donated to him on March 30 of next year episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Rockford, Peter James Muldoon, and the Bishop of Denver, John Henry Tihen.

On June 11, 1938 Deep resigned from his position and was called by Pope Pius XI. appointed Titular Bishop of Nisa in Lycia.
