Francisco Peña Romero

Francisco Peña Romero called Paco Peña ( born July 25, 1978 in Jerez de los Caballeros ) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Hércules CF División in the Spanish Segunda.
Playing career
The beginnings
Paco Peña began his career as a football player at FC Jerez, where he played from 1997 to 1999. He subsequently transferred to the Segunda División, where he played three years for Levante UD. In the first two years, the team held respectively in mid-table, in the 2001/ 02 season, however, Levante would be relegated almost to the 3rd league.
Albacete
For this reason, Paco Peña went in 2002 to league rivals Albacete Balompié. In the same year he went with his new team in the premier league. After a good first season followed by a weak season and thus the descent after only two years of excellence. After the descent Albacete threatened to be put through to the amateur football. This could just about be prevented for Paco Peña time in Albacete but the level over.
Real Murcia
In the season 2006/ 07 he went to the second division rivals Real Murcia with which he attained promotion to League 1 at the first attempt.
