His professional career began there to the 2001/02 season, when he was appointed the first time in the professional squad. At Metz he remained for four years and completed 83 games and scored one goal. In the summer of 2005 he decided to become a transfer to FC Nantes. The left-back cost the canaries a transfer fee of € 1.5 million. At the end of the 2006 /07 FC Nantes rose from the Table, Signorino then moved to Spanish side Getafe. His club debut there Signorino gave on July 30 in the UEFA Cup against Tottenham Hotspur. This was followed by some injuries that hampered him again and again. So he could be the first league game contest until 16 December 2007.

In Getafe, he was still only reserve player and was eventually awarded in winter 2010 for the rest of the season to FC Cartagena. He was indeed a regular player, but could not convince in Getafe with his performances, so his contract was terminated in the summer of 2010.

His new employer was in December 2010, the Belgian first division side Sporting Charleroi, where he signed a contract until the end of the season. The team got off, however, and his contract was not renewed. After a season in the French second division club Stade Laval he plays since start of season 2012/13 for Stade Reims.
