François Berléand

François Berléand [ ˌ fʀãs wa bɛʀleã ] ( born April 22, 1952 in Paris) is a French actor.

Life

François Berléand was a member of the Paris theater group Equipe du Splendid, which included Gérard Jugnot, Thierry Lhermitte and Christian Clavier, among others. The group met in the late 1970s and early 1980s in Paris cafes and cabaret theaters, and was several times, mostly directed by Patrice Leconte to see in movies, such as in the film series Les Bronzés. Berléand appeared in small roles in the films Equipe du Splendid.

French director Pierre Jolivet brings Berléand often for his films before the camera. The collaboration began in 1986 with Jolivet's film Le complexe du kangourou and pulled up to the 2007 announced Irresistible ( Irresistible ). In 2000 Berléand received for his performance in the film Ma petite entreprise Jolivet's the César for Best Supporting Actor. Here he plays a fraudulent insurance employees.
