Frank Jurić

Frank Juric [ juritɕ ] ( Croatian spelling: Frank Juric, born October 28, 1973 in Melbourne ) is a former Australian- Croatian football goalkeeper.

Career

Clubs

He was since 2004 the number 2 of the Bundesliga team Hannover 96 and has the Australian and Croatian citizenship. His professional career began at Fortuna Dusseldorf Juric, later moving to the A- and B- team of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Overall, he completed 7 Regional games, 36 second division games and 12 league games. After the 2007/ 08 season he returned to the Bundesliga due to injury the back after he went to work since the 2005 /06 knee problems. In the season 2008/ 09 Frank Juric was in his home in Perth Glory under contract. After the season, he ended his active career as a player and was in the 2009/10 season with Perth Glory goalkeeper coach.

National

He stood at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2001 squad of the Australian national football team. In 1996 he joined during the OFC Nations Cup to his debut in a goalless draw against New Zealand. Shortly afterwards, he was also at the 1996 Olympics to the Australian squad.
