Frank Vincent
Frank Vincent ( * August 4, 1939 in North Adams, Massachusetts; actually Frank Vincent Gattuso ) is an American actor of Italian descent.
Biography
Frank Vincent grew up in New Jersey. Originally the drummer, trumpeter and pianist wanted to be a musician. In 1975 he came but by chance at a role in the low-budget mafia drama Bloody payday with Joe Pesci.
He was a few years later discovered by Martin Scorsese Through this film, the 1979 cast him as a wild bull.
His portrayal of Salvy Batts Boxmanagers marked Vincent's breakthrough as an actor - he was already over forty years old.
