Freddy Mayola

Freddy Santiago Mayola Fernández ( born 1 November 1977 in Havana ) is a Cuban sprinter, whose best result was winning the bronze medal with the Cuban 4-by- 100-meter relay at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. Together with José Ángel César Luis Alberto Pérez- Rionda and Iván García Mayola was defeated in 38.04 seconds, only the seasons of the USA and Brazil.

Mayola won at the Pan American Games 1999, a silver medal, finishing at the World Indoor Championships in 2001 in Lisbon, ranked fourth in the 60 - meter dash. Mayola also won three times ( 1998, 2000, 2001), the Cuban state championships in the 100 -meter run.
