Friedenheimer Straße (Munich U-Bahn)

Metro Station Friedenheimer Street is a station of the Munich U -Bahn.

The lying in Laim metro station is named after the former estate of the Home of Peace. In west-east direction it lies directly under the Zschokkestraße near its junction with the peace Strasse. The station was opened on 24 March 1988 and is now operated by the U5. The train station is from the west via the lock floor, where two entrances along the eastern side of peace Straße located on either side of the Zschokkestraße. Roll and fixed stairs leading to the platform from the lock floor. At the east end a lift, driving and hard Stairs lead to a mezzanine floor. From there both a lift as well as driving and hard stairs lead to Zschokkestraße. The station is similar to the Metro Station Disclaimer space, but has no columns. The rear track walls are white panels with narrow green bridges that run diagonally from bottom left to top right. The ceiling of the platform is covered here with green panels. The ceiling above the tracks is like its neighbor from untreated concrete.
