Fróði Benjaminsen (born 14 December 1977) is a Faroese football player. He plays for HB Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands national team as a midfielder.

Benjaminsen began his career at B68 Toftir. He first ran for the first time in 1994 for the second team in the second division to the first game he played on the opening day in the 0-2 away defeat against LIF Leirvík. In his first season was followed by appearances in the Premier League, his debut was at 0:7 against GÍ Gøta on the eleventh match day, when he came on in the 70th minute for Johannus Danielsen. In 2004, he played one year for Fram Reykjavik in Landsbankadeild, a year later, he returned to the Faroe Islands and entered from then on for B36 Tórshavn. Benjaminsen has played 26 games in the European Cup.
