Fussala

Fussala is a titular of the Roman Catholic Church.

The ancient town Fussala located in the historic landscape Numidia on the border between Tunisia and Algeria. Already in the Letters of St. Augustine of Hippo ( one of the Fathers of the Church ) is the small town of mention, because it belonged to the greater community of Hippo. Augustine traveled end 411 establishing a diocese after Fussala and in 422 he traveled to settle disputes with the Bishop Antonius after Fussala.
