Gaios Skordilis

Gaios Skordilis (Greek Γάιος Σκορδίλης, December 6, 1987 in Corfu, Greece) is a Greek professional basketball player who plays at a height of 2.08 m on the position of the center.

Career

Skordilis began his professional career in 2006 at the Greek club Aris Thessaloniki tradition, where he stood for a five -year contract. In 2008 he debuted as part of a ULEB Cup game for the first time in the European Cup. In 2011 he moved to Ikaros Kallithea. Since 2012 Skordilis is the Greek giants Panathinaikos Athens under contract. With Panathinaikos he won the cup competition and thus the first title of his career in his first season.

National

With the Greek national Skordilis participated in the 2009 Mediterranean Games in Pescara, Italy and won the silver medal there. With the U-18 selection, he participated in the 2005 European Championships.
