Gardelegen Stadt

The administrative community Gardelegen city was united in administrative matters in the Altmark Salzwedel in Saxony- Anhalt, in her Gardelegen were ( seat of the administrative community ) and three surrounding communities.

The former municipalities with its districts:

  • Mountains with Ackendorf, Laatzke and brickworks
  • Hanseatic City Guard Set with Ipse, Isenschnibbe, Lindenthal, Weteritz, Zienau and Ziepel
  • Hemstedt with Lüffingen
  • Kloster Neuendorf

On 1 July 2009, the administrative community was disbanded; the municipalities were incorporated into the city Gardelegen, the unit community was.
