Georgi Slavkov

Georgi Slawkow ( Bulgarian Георги Славков; born April 11, 1958, † January 21, 2014 ) was a Bulgarian football player.

Career

Slawkow played during his career in his homeland with Trakia Plovdiv and Sofia Sredets, in France with AS St. Etienne and in Portugal at GD Chaves. Gained international recognition of the striker in 1981 when he won the Golden Boot as top scorer in the UEFA Europe.

In addition, he was with Sredets Sofia several times Bulgarian Cup winner and a time Bulgarian champion
