Giancarlo Prete
Giancarlo Prete ( born February 5, 1942 in Rome, † March 9, 2001 ) was an Italian actor.
Life
Prete studied law and was active as a wrestler in the Greco- Roman style. His physical presence led to offers as a stuntman, which he held from 1961 to 1967. After briefly studying acting at Alessandro heels he was initially mainly supporting roles in Italian genre films. With the beginning of the following decade, his roles have been greater. So among other things, played in television series. From around 1985 he worked mainly as a dubbing director. Occasionally, he also played on stage.
Prete died in 2001 of a brain tumor.
He also used the pseudonyms Timothy Brent, Philip Garner and Philippe Garnier.
