Give Me Beauty ... Or Give Me Death! is the first studio album by the Swedish post-rock band ef. The album was released on CD by the Swedish record label " And The Sound Records " on 17 May 2006 with the catalog number ATSR001 and contains seven titles. On 5 July 2006, the Japanese record label " Thomason Sounds" released the album in the Asian region with the catalog number TSIP 2015. The Japanese CD contains an additional bonus tracks and appeared as a jewel case, whereas the Swedish publication appeared in digipak.

All tracks were recorded in "Studio 1" in Växjö, except one title, this was recorded at the home studio of Kristian Anttila. Additional recordings were performed in the "Studio Bishop Yard" in Gothenburg, Sweden. The artwork for the CD was created by Niklas Åström. The photos were created by Isaac O. White.
