Glacial Drumlin State Trail

The Glacial Drumlin State Trail in the U.S. state of Wisconsin is a so-called Via Verde, a cycling or hiking on a disused railway line, and was inaugurated in 1986. It extends over 68.7 km from Cottage Grove in Dane County up to Waukesha.

The term refers to elongated Drumlin hills of drop-shaped floor plan, the longitudinal axis is the Eisbewegungsrichtung a glacial glacier.
