Glen Provost

Glen John Provost ( born August 9, 1949 in Lafayette, Louisiana, United States) is Bishop of Lake Charles.

Life

Glen John Provost received on 29 June 1975 by Pope Paul VI. the sacrament of Holy Orders.

On 6 March 2007, he was named Pope Benedict XVI. Bishop of Lake Charles. The Archbishop of New Orleans Alfred Clifton Hughes, gave him on 23 April of the same year the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were the Bishop of Lafayette, Charles Michael Jarrell and Bishop Emeritus of Lake Charles, Jew Speyer.
