Glen St. Mary is located approximately 40 km west of Jacksonville.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 437 inhabitants distributed in 188 households. The population density was 397.3 inh. / Km ². 94.5 % of the population were white, 2.5% African American, 0.5% Native American and 0.7 % Asian Americans. 0.2 % were members of other ethnic groups and 1.6% in different ethnic groups. 1.8% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.

In 2010, children under the age of 18 and 21.9 % of all households lived in 39.3 % of all households with persons at least 65 years. 69.1 % of households were family households (consisting of married couples with or without offspring or a parent with offspring ). The average size of a household was 2.46 persons and the average family size is 2.88 people.

By Glen St. Mary leads the U.S. Highway 90 (SR 10), also Interstate 10 continues south past the town. The nearest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (60 km northeast).
