Glen St. Mary is located approximately 40 km west of Jacksonville.

Demographics

According to the 2010 census, the then 437 inhabitants distributed in 188 households. The population density was 397.3 inh. / Km ². 94.5 % of the population were white, 2.5% African American, 0.5% Native American and 0.7 % Asian Americans. 0.2 % were members of other ethnic groups and 1.6% in different ethnic groups. 1.8% of the population were Hispanic or Latino.
