Godfrey I, Count of Namur

Godfrey of Namur ( 1080 testifies; † August 19, 1139 ) was Count of 1097 Château- Porcien ( uxor nomine ) and from 1102 Count of Namur. He was the son of Count Albert III. and Ida of Saxony, the heiress of Laroche.

He married his first wife in 1087 by Sibylle of Chateau -Porcien, daughter of Count Roger and Ermengarde, of which he was divorced by 1104. Sibylle married his second wife Withier de Vitri, Count of Rethel. From this marriage she had two daughters:
