Goesdorf
Goesdorf ( Luxembourgish Géisdref ) is a municipality in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in the canton Wiltz.

Antimony mine
Approximately one kilometer west of Goesdorf lies in the Lohhecken the former antimony mine of Goesdorf. The mine was first mentioned in 1354 and was in operation from 1743 to 1938. At the excavation of the drainage tunnel is working since 1998.
It is a geological discovery and orientation path under the title offered " On the Trail of antimony ". For the seventh time already the Minne ceremony was held in front of the entrance to the mine, including a bus shuttle from the train station to Goebelsmühle Goesdorf was established.
