Gösta Dunker

Gösta Dunker ( born September 16, 1905 in Sandviken, † 5 June 1973) was a Swedish football player and football coach.

Career

Dunker played at Sandvikens IF. With Sandvikens he rose from 1930 in the Allsvenskan, two years later, however, managed to return.

From 1948 to 1950 he was a coach at Örebro SK, but increased as Tabellenelfter 1949 from the Allsvenskan.

Dunker ran 15 times for the Swedish national team, thereby pass him five goals. With it, he took part in the World Cup 1934. During the tournament, the selection played in the quarter- final against Germany. In the 1-2 defeat he scored in the 82nd minute consolation goal after Karl Hohmann had brought to winning ways with a brace Germany.
