The Grays Peak is a mountain in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains region in the U.S. state of Colorado. With its 4,350 meters above sea level it is one of the 54 so-called " Fourteeners " in Colorado, the mountains above 14,000 feet ( 4,267 m) altitude.

The first ascent was made in 1861 by the botanist Charles C. Parry, who named the mountain after his colleague Asa Gray. Gray himself saw the mountain only 11 years later the first time.

The Grays Peak is the highest point on the Continental Divide, separating Clear Creek of Summit County. Nearby is the almost equally high Torrey's Peak. Interstate 70 passes just a few miles away.
