Guy Ritchie

Guy Stuart Ritchie ( born September 10, 1968 in Hatfield, Hertfordshire ) is a British screenwriter and film director.

Life and career

Ritchie began in 1995 as a director for commercials and music videos. In the same year he made the short film The Hard Case, with the help of which he could his first film Jack, Queen, King, Stock and Finance, which became a cult film. The subsequent film Snatch - Pigs and Diamonds offered a larger star-studded with actors like Brad Pitt and Benicio del Toro. In addition, Ritchie had a much bigger budget than his debut film Snatch. On 22 December 2000 he married the singer Madonna, with whom he 's controversial music video What It Feels Like For A Girl, and the short film The Hire 2001: Star turned for BMW.
