H.E.a.T

Heat is a founded in 2007, hard rock band from Upplands Väsby, Sweden.

History

The band was formed in 2007 from the previous bands "Dream" and " Trading Fate".

In April 2008 they released their self-titled debut album Heat in StormVox and received many good reviews in Sweden and placed in the first week at position 36 of the Swedish charts.

In August 2007, she toured as the opening act of Toto by Sweden.

This was followed by appearances at Sweden Rock Festival 2008, Rockweekend in Kallmerode and another tour as the opening act for Alice Cooper by Sweden.

In November 2008, the band from the Swedish radio station P4 Dist was. awarded the prize for "Best Newcomer", which was chosen by the listeners.

Beginning of 2009, together with Heat All Ends and André Matos as the opening act on a European tour with Edguy and had an appearance at Melodifestivalen, which represented the Swedish preselection for the Euro Vision Song Contest.

On 15 June 2010, the band announced in a press statement, the separation of lead singer Kenny leak Remo known. After leaving the Finn leak Remo the Swedish Idol winner Erik Grönwall is the new lead singer.
