Location

Quarreling limits extend approximately along the forest - Box Avenue in the south, the Fürstenriederstraße in the east, the Senft Straße in the north and the city boundary to the west. History and Description

Rag was originally a farming community and was first mentioned in the 11th century under the name Haderun. Grosshadern belonged to the monastery Benediktbeuern, Kleinhadern to the monastery Schaeftlarn. Grosshadern was incorporated in 1938 to Munich, and is the youngest district. The structures of the former farming settlement in Grosshadern around the old village center still clearly visible. In many parts of quarreling loose single-family houses determines the urban image.
