Hakkı Ketenoğlu

İsmail Hakkı Ketenoğlu (* July 14, 1906 in Kastamonu, † 1977) was a Turkish lawyer and 1970-1971 President of the Turkish Constitutional Court.

Career

Ketenoğlu graduated in 1928 his studies at the Law Faculty of Ankara University and was appointed in the same year as deputy prosecutor to Gaziantep. While he was President of the Grand Criminal Court in Istanbul, he was appointed in 1952 as a member of the Turkish Court of Cassation. In 1959 he was transferred to the General Prosecutor of the Republic.

On 28 May 1962 he was appointed a full member of the Constitutional Court and there elected on 15 December 1970 President. He was until July 13, 1971 at the office.
