Hana to Yume

Hana to Yume (Japanese花とゆめ, dt Flowers and Dreams ) is a Japanese manga magazine, which is aimed at young girls ( shōjo ).

The magazine is published monthly during Hakusensha publishing house at a price of 280 yen. The main part of the magazine make various chapters of this manga series and manga short stories. These are usually romantic or comedy manga with fantasy elements. Main characters of the manga in Hana to Yume, are the target group accordingly, girls in their teens.

Hana to Yume was founded in May 1974. Until the mid-1990s edition of the magazine fluctuated 400000-500000, but since then decreases steadily. In 2005, the magazine had a circulation figure of 295,000, making it one of the currently most successful magazines in the shōjo manga range.
