Hans Svedberg

Hans Svedberg ( born September 6, 1931 in Piteå, † 27 July 2012) was a former Swedish professional ice hockey player.

Career

Hans Svedberg spent his entire club career with Skellefteå AIK, for the first team, he was active from 1955 to 1965 in Division 1, the then highest Swedish league. In the season 1957/58 he won the Guldpucken as Sweden's Player of the Year.

Internationally

For Svedberg Sweden took part in the World Championships in 1957 and 1958. At the 1957 World Championships he won the gold medal with his team. As the best European team Sweden was also European champion. In the 1958 World Cup, he won the bronze medal with his team.
