Harlesden station

Harlesden is a railway station in the London Borough of Brent. It is located in the Travelcard Zone 3 at the Acton Lane. The station is on the one hand served by London Overground commuter trains between London Euston and Watford Junction, on the other hand hold here also subway trains the Bakerloo Line. In the year 2011 there were 2.28 million subway passengers the station, added 0.374 million passengers by rail.

The opening of the station took place on June 15, 1912 by the London and North Western Railway ( LNWR ), as this along the already existing since 1837 West Coast Main Line new tracks for the electric suburban moved (called the Watford DC Line). The features of the Bakerloo Line stopped here for the first time on 16 April 1917.
