Haut-Uele District

Haut- Uele (Upper Uele ) is since 1966 a district of Orientale Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo with about 1,920,000 inhabitants. According to the administrative reclassification of the country in the new Constitution of 2005, the district Uele skin should be charged to the province. The capital is Isiro (former Pauli ).
