Spike Lee's Game of Life is an American sports film directed by Spike Lee from the year 1998.
Action
The film tells the story of basketball talent except Jesus Shuttlesworth, who is being courted by many universities with partly illegal means. His father, Jake, who sits for the manslaughter of his wife in prison, it offers an amnesty, he should be able to influence his son in college choice. If Jesus plays for the former College of the governor, Jake would be released. This task proves to be very difficult for Jake, however, Jesus still did not manslaughter (rather accident) has forgiven his mother to him. After several visits to other colleges Jesus signs at the end but for the former college team of the Governor - the Big State University, Jake is, however, not yet released. The prison President tells him that Jake was not responsible for his son's decision, and that he should wait what happens.
